    Report a copied, altered, or impersonated document

    Use this form if you have seen a document presented as an archive record of the Polynesian Kingdom of Atooi that appears copied, altered, or falsely attributed. Reports are received privately by the archive office. Nothing you submit is published, and the archive does not name any person publicly as an impersonator. A report is a request for review, not a finding.

    One PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF file, up to 15 MB. Attachments are stored privately and are visible only to the archive office.

    The archive records a shortened form of your network address with the report to limit abuse of this form. Your full address is not stored.
