The Purpose of the Collection
The Official Supporters’ Collection is an earned-revenue initiative of the Polynesian Kingdom of Atooi. It is not a donation programme and it is not an appeal. Goods are offered at a stated price, and the revenue that remains after production and fulfilment is directed to the ordinary operating work of the Kingdom’s archive.
Supporters are entitled to clear information about the approved purpose of that revenue. This note is maintained as a public record. It states what has been approved, by whom, and when it was last revised. Where a field has not yet been approved, it is left plainly unfilled rather than estimated.

A Living Mandate
Proceeds from the Supporters’ Collection are intended to support the ordinary operating work of the Kingdom’s archive: conservation of physical records, digitisation and cataloguing, translation of source material, and the preparation of documents for public reference.
The Kingdom does not represent any fixed allocation of funds at this time. A written allocation statement, together with the responsible legal entity and reporting practice, will be published before any transaction is accepted. Supporters are asked to read that statement rather than rely on general appeals.

Cultural materials subject to traditional protocol are not offered for sale.
