The Polynesian Kingdom of Atooi maintains what it terms an Office of International Relations; it is an internal Kingdom office and holds no accreditation from any outside government. For urgent diplomatic matters, contact the Office of the Aliʻi Nui directly.

The Office publishes only those channels it has confirmed. Where an entry reads “Not yet published,” no verified information exists yet, and the Office will add it when it does.

What is collected
Your name, email address, the message you write, and the details of the pathway you select — such as organization, country, publication, deadline, or island of origin. Nothing else is requested, and no payment or identity document is required.
Why it is collected
To read your inquiry, route it to the appropriate PKOA office or authorized representative, and reply to you.
Who can review it
Only authorized administrators of the Office of the Aliʻi Nui, who sign in to the Kingdom's records system. Inquiries are not publicly visible and are not published in the archive.
How long it is retained
Correspondence is kept as part of the Office's records so that earlier exchanges can be traced. If you would prefer a shorter retention period, say so in your message.
Whether it is shared
Your inquiry is not sold, published, or shared with third parties for marketing. It is handled by the Office and the technical service that stores the Kingdom's records, and may be disclosed where required by law.
Requesting deletion
Write to office@kingdomofatooi.com quoting your inquiry reference number, and ask for your correspondence to be removed.
Submitting an inquiry does not create citizenship or nationality, diplomatic status or accreditation, legal representation, or any official agreement with the Polynesian Kingdom of Atooi. It is correspondence, and nothing more, unless a separate written instrument says otherwise.
