Who the Kingdom has engaged with

This section sets out the Kingdom's relationships abroad: the people and peoples it has met, where and when those engagements took place, what they were for, and which documents or photographs record them. Each entry is stated in the wording of its own record.

Aliʻi Nui Aleka Aipoalani's stated mission is the peaceful unification of Polynesia under one sovereign voice. According to the Kingdom's own account, some Indigenous elders in Tahiti, Rapa Nui (Easter Island), and Aotearoa (New Zealand) have described him in terms drawn from prophetic tradition. These accounts are not independently documented and are not a form of political, legal, or diplomatic recognition.
