Head of State
Aliʻi Nui Aleka Aipoalani is Head of State of the Polynesian Kingdom of Atooi.
He leads the Kingdom, appoints its ministers and representatives, and oversees the government under the law of the Kingdom. He carries the Kingdom’s cultural and ceremonial responsibilities, directs its international relations, and issues the Kingdom’s official acts and decrees.
Council of Ministers

Minister of Foreign Affairs & International Relations
Directs the Kingdom's external relations with foreign states, Indigenous nations, and inter-governmental organisations, including the Kingdom's engagement with the United Nations system.

Oversees the Kingdom's internal treasury functions and technology administration. The register also assigns to this portfolio the Sovereign Bank of Atooi and the KALAKOA humanitarian ledger.
