    The Polynesian Kingdom of Atooi sets out its work under six standing priorities. Each is explained in practical terms, and each is followed by the initiatives published under it.

    Every initiative below is drawn from a record already held in this archive. Proposed, active, completed and historical work is labelled, and nothing has been written to fill an empty priority. Where the record holds no dated activity under a priority, the priority is kept and the gap is stated. Financial instruments, technologies and development proposals are described at the stage the record establishes: none is a licensed, supervised or operating service, and no medical, environmental or performance benefit is claimed.

    Self-government and institutional accountability

    Maintaining the Kingdom's own offices, keeping a public register of who holds them, publishing the instruments it issues, and stating plainly what each record does and does not establish.

    The Aliʻi Nui signed the decree in Papeʻete. Copies were carried to a range of French Polynesian administrative, judicial and customary offices, where each in turn received and date-stamped a copy for record.     Building and maintaining relationships with other Indigenous and customary authorities under customary protocol, by agreement rather than by claim, and describing each relationship at exactly the level the instrument supports.

    • Attendance at Indigenous assemblies and forums, recorded with dates and participants.
    • A standing distinction between recognition expressed between signatories and recognition by a state government, which the Kingdom does not claim.

    Cultural and spiritual continuity

    Carrying forward ceremony, protocol, language, genealogy and the Kingdom's ceremonial patrimony, and keeping the evidence for each in a form others can examine.

    Published initiatives

    No dated community-service programme is published in the current public record. The Kingdom's nation record states that a verified public accounting of citizens, members, programmes and community activities is still being developed. This priority is retained because it is the Kingdom's stated commitment; no activity has been added here to fill the space. Entries will appear only as dated records with named participants and confirmable outcomes are published.

    Priority VI

    Sustainable economic opportunity and community self-reliance

    Work towards an economic base for the Kingdom's people. The instruments and programmes recorded under this priority are at the stage the record establishes and no further: none is a licensed, supervised or operating service.
